Where has the time gone?

Crazy to think that this is my last day at Lowe. This summer has gone by so fast. Yesterday was our presentation for our final project here at work. When we had finished presenting all the interns sat around and we were all commenting on how weird it was that it was over. We had such a good time together and all learned a ton.


Sorry that we haven't been very active bloggers the last couple of weeks. Things have been pretty busy with work and Cea has been getting things squared away for when my parents come to visit and we go back to Utah. Mom and Dad from Hawaii fly in today, and we are going to have a week of fun with them. We're taking a drive up to Palmyra to visit all the church history sites, trying to catch a show next week when we get back to Manhattan, doing as many touristy things as time will allow and of course catching some of the fun places to eat. I'm really excited for this trip. As jealous as this sounds, it's going to be good to have Mom and Dad to ourselves. Not that I don't love being with everyone else (those are actually some of the best times), but it'll be good to be able to catch up. When Becky had her reception in Sparks, Cea and I drove down with Mom and Dad... the drive was rather long, but it was so fun because we were able to play games, tell jokes and just have fun. We're excited to have an entire week of that!


I know this is short. I just wanted to check in and let all of you know that we're still alive. I'll be posting pictures later on this weekend of the interns and of course next week after we take a bunch of pictures of Palmyra.
